A six-row table of testicular dysgenesis endpoints against their direction of travel. Sperm count falls, and only here and at testosterone does a measured rate exist: sperm count at one point one six percent a year since 1972 and two point six four percent a year since 2000, testosterone at about one point two percent a year. Sperm quality falls. Testicular cancer, cryptorchidism and hypospadias rise. For those four the book carries no rate, so the column carries only an arrow and the direction word.
